All artworks displayed or sold on DerSegen are created and owned exclusively by the respective artists.
DerSegen does not claim ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over any artwork.
All rights, title, and interest remain with the Artist.

Images and videos displayed on the Platform are for representational purposes only. Actual artwork may differ in:

Colour
Texture
Finish
Detailing
Size perception

Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for returns.

Quality, Materials & Authenticity Responsibility

All representations regarding:

Materials used
Quality & craftsmanship
Authenticity & originality
Descriptions, titles, stories, and specifications

are solely provided by the Artist. DerSegen does not inspect, certify, verify, or guarantee the authenticity of any artwork.

No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, DerSegen shall have no liability whatsoever for:

Quality of artwork

Misrepresentation by the Artist

Damage during shipping from Artist to DerSegen

Packaging quality

Authenticity or originality disputes

Incorrect information provided by the Artist

Delays or delivery failures caused by the Artist

Customer dissatisfaction due to artistic interpretation

Intermediary Role

DerSegen functions only as an intermediary marketplace.
The Artist is the seller, manufacturer, creator, and responsible party.
All legal responsibility, warranties, and obligations rest solely with the Artist.

Indemnity

Users and Artists agree to indemnify and hold DerSegen harmless against any claims arising from artwork quality, authenticity, shipping, or misrepresentation.
