Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Returns Except for Damage or Significant Mismatch

DerSegen allows returns only in the following cases:

✔ Artwork arrives damaged

✔ Artwork is substantially different from description

"Substantial difference" does not include:

Damage must be reported within 24 hours with:

Without evidence, claims cannot be processed.

Each artwork is unique; therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

No returns, refunds, or cancellations permitted.
